FinReady is a financing pre-analysis platform designed for Canadian small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The service analyzes your financial statements, generates a feasibility score, and recommends federal and provincial financing programs. FinReady does not constitute professional financial advice and does not replace the services of an accountant, financial advisor, or broker.
You agree to:
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. in Canadian dollars (CAD). Analyses are non-refundable once the report has been generated. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time — access is maintained until the end of the paid period.
FinReady provides a pre-analysis based on the information you submit. The platform does not guarantee the obtaining of financing. The feasibility score and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a commitment from any financial institution. FinReady disclaims all liability for financial decisions made based on generated reports.
The full-service support ($499) includes file preparation and matching with a licensed broker from our network. The broker's commission (1 to 3% of the financed amount) is separate and payable on success only. FinReady does not guarantee financing approval.
The FinReady platform, its source code, design, and methodology are the exclusive property of FinReady. Generated reports are intended for your personal or professional use in connection with your financing application.
FinReady reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal.
