1. Data Collection

FinReady collects the following information:

• Financial statements (PDF) — deleted immediately after analysis
• Email address — if voluntarily provided
• Anonymized financial ratios — retained only with explicit consent
• Contact information — for support or demo requests

2. Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate your financing pre-analysis report
• Notify you of relevant new programs (with consent)
• Improve the quality of our analyses (aggregated and anonymized data)
• Respond to your contact or support requests

3. Retention and Deletion

Your PDF documents are deleted immediately after analysis. No original documents are stored on our servers. If you have consented to the retention of anonymized ratios, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Data Sharing

FinReady does not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties. Anonymized and aggregated data may be used for internal statistical purposes.

5. Security

Your data is protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Infrastructure is hosted on secure servers in Canada and the United States (Vercel, Supabase).

6. Quebec Law 25

FinReady complies with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information in the private sector. The collection of anonymized data is subject to your explicit consent (opt-in). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. FinReady does not store any credit card information. See Stripe's privacy policy.
